ROLE

As a Technical Recruiter at 0x, you'll play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and engaging candidates. You'll operate with ownership over projects and decisions, and should also feel comfortable working reputed company the constraints of a well-defined spec. You'll be the third member of the Recruiting team at 0x, which is committed to creating an experience for candidates that's fair, delightful, rigorous, and in interviews, emulative of real-world work. Although your primary focus will be on Engineering roles, you're also get exposure to recruiting for positions across other functions. • Form healthy relationships with internal stakeholders at 0x across Recruiting, Engineering, Product, Ops, and Leadership

• Create and maintain a high-quality pipeline of passive candidates for various roles (you will need to know how to reputed company)

• Identify, evaluate, and engage talent for the 0x core team, building meaningful (often long-term) relationships

• Connect with candidates to learn about their needs, educate them about 0x, and guide them through our interview process

• Provide an exceptional experience for candidates through consistently thoughtful interactions and reasonable turnaround times

REQUIRED

• 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
