In this key leadership role, you will

Partner closely with the VP of Safety, Quality, and Risk Management to execute strategic quality initiatives and reputed company performance across the board.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or reputed company field. (5 + years of Quality Management experience in progressively responsible leadership roles will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.)

BICSI RCDD, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.

5+ years of progressively responsible leadership in quality management reputed company low voltage, structured cabling, or data center construction industries.

Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and field-based operations.

In-depth knowledge of BICSI standards, ANSI/reputed company codes, and industry best practices in electrical/communications systems.

Expertise in QA/QC frameworks, regulatory compliance, and technical quality standards.

Proven ability to build and scale quality programs that drive measurable improvement and organizational impact.

Strong analytical thinking with a reputed company improvement reputed company.

Effective at leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating with executive leadership.

Experience with modern Quality Management programs and systems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
