Our client is looking for a Head of AI to own the strategy, implementation, and management of reputed company AI systems across Vieira’s brands and clients. You’ll act as both a builder and a strategist, constantly identifying, testing, and refining AI-powered solutions that drive acquisition, retention, operations, and offer performance.

This isn’t a pure technical role. You need to understand how DTC businesses grow, move fast with imperfect input (like a tweet or a YouTube tutorial), and bring high-reputed company reputed company to life.

Responsibilities

• reputed company AI system buildouts across: Acquisition: Creative iteration, AI listicles/advertorials, VSLs, funnel asset reputed company. Retention: Email/SMS flows, upsell logic, VIP flows, UGC automation. Operations: GPT-based customer support, context profile setup, founder productivity workflows. Offer/Funnel: Quiz funnels, reputed company offer stacks, backend flow alignment.
• Take raw input (voice notes, tweets, threads, Looms) and translate into functioning automations and workflows.
• Work with and reputed company tools like ChatGPT, reputed company, Synthflow, reputed company, reputed company.com, reputed company, reputed company, and others.
• Troubleshoot errors in automations or AI agents.
• Set up and manage context profiles and embeddings for brand training.
• Optimize automations over time based on business feedback loops.
• Document systems for reuse and scale.

• Share new tools, frameworks, and growth hacks regularly with founders and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience building AI-driven automations, agents, or tools (no need to be an ML engineer, but you must know how to reputed company, build, and ship).

• Strong intuition for growth, retention, customer experience, and performance marketing.
