The Role GreenLite is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our engineering, product, and design teams. This role will focus on hiring exceptional ML/AI Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers who can reputed company in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates in competitive talent markets. Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence hiring decisions and strategies. Deep understanding of technical reputed company sets, especially ML/AI engineering, full stack development, and product design workflows. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (reputed company experience is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
