Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. reputed company Defense Systems sector (NGDS) is seeking a Network Communications Manager 1 to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Camp Atterbury near Edinburgh, Indiana.This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval.Responsibilities:Leads the Network Support Team (NST) providing the communication architecture for the efficient and effective operation of the installation network.Develops, coordinates, and implements exercise support communications plans.Configures communications equipment.Implements Cyber reputed company processes.Assists in installing equipment and circuitry in support of exercises.Works closely with the Mission Training reputed company (MTC) Information System reputed company Officer (ISSO) and MTC Information System reputed company Manager (ISSM) in facilitating the maintenance of Authority to Operate (ATO) reputed company the Risk Management reputed company (RMF).Basic Qualifications:One of the following:Bachelor's degree in Network Management or a reputed company field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Network Architecture design and implementation.Master's degree in Network Management or a reputed company field with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Network Architecture design and implementation.Experience with:Advanced planning, troubleshooting and maintenance on the reputed company server platform.reputed company router, reputed company, and firewall configuration.Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) configuration/architecture.Specific product lines (reputed company, Fujitsu, Hewlett Packard, and Tripwire).RMF Assess and Authorize process and Cyber reputed company requirements.Must have or be reputed company to acquire Information Assurance Training (IAT) Level II Certification reputed company 180 days from start of work.Must have an active U.S. reputed company (DoD) Secret reputed company clearance.Strong understanding of technology integration and information flow including LAN/WAN, firewalls, reputed company, storage, and backup methodologies.Employee will frequently move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds around the worksite.Must be reputed company to support shifts that occur reputed company normal working hours to support 24/7 operations during exercise events that may be more than 40 hours per week.Must be reputed company to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time).Must be reputed company to work on-site at Camp Atterbury near Edinburgh, Indiana.Preferred Qualifications:Hold additional reputed company certifications, such as reputed company+, Network+ and A+.Vendor certifications for CCNA, Windows, Server, and Redhat Linux.Salary Range:$90,300 - $135,500The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions.
