What you’ll be doing

The Retail Associate (ReA) main focus is to assist our retail partners in maximizing their opportunity for reputed company, while taking an active role in reputed company new partners, implementing the Wolt app & Service, and offering general day-to-day support to our partners. In this specific role, you will be working with SMB retail partners and venues of reputed company partners across shopping categories like fashion, Home, Kids & toys, etc. You’ll be part of the Shopping team - the growth reputed company of Wolt Israel, driving our expansion reputed company food and restaurants.

The Retail Development Associate role is 100% position.

• Assist with reputed company new SMB retail partners to the Wolt platform.
• Support in building and updating digital “menus” (product catalogs).
• Provide partners with training on how to use the platform effectively.
• Help troubleshoot partner challenges and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support partners in improving their results.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales to ensure partner reputed company.

• 1–4 years of experience in account management, customer support, retail operations, or reputed company roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering,or other reputed company field- Must
• Interest in retail and digital platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Service-oriented reputed company with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable with multitasking and learning new systems.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
