We're looking for an reputed company Commercial Sales Director to join our UK sales team offering a hybrid working model located in London. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for:

• Recruiting, hiring and developing world-class sales talent fostering a culture which embraces DE&I
• Understanding and solving customer pain points through reputed company's unique value proposition
• Accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly and build development plans for each sales rep
• Collaborating with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand reputed company, as well as other key functional roles
• Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure

• 2+ years of experience leading successful sales teams
• Proven track record in hitting stretch goals quarter on quarter
• Experience working with partners, SIs and selling directly
• Experience hiring 'A' players
• Experience selling to Commercial accounts (up to 5,000 users) in the UK

• Experience selling reputed company, SaaS or software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA or reputed company area
