[Remote] Attendee Acquisition Executive

They are seeking a Delegate Acquisition Executive to help recruit senior-level IT and business leaders for in-person and virtual events across the United States, focusing on building relationships and ensuring a positive event experience for attendees.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit professionals who are an ideal fit for our events
- Conduct outbound reputed company reputed company phone, email, and reputed company to engage prospective attendees
- Clearly communicate event themes, key topics, and value propositions to potential attendees
- Guide attendees through the registration process from the first conversation to the confirming their attendance to ensure a positive event experience
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for confirmed attendees, ensuring a smooth experience
- Track reputed company activity, conversations, registrations, travel details, and updates in internal systems
- Support on-site event execution, including assisting at conferences and executive roundtables
- Partner with marketing, events, and project teams to share audience insights and improve targeting strategies
Skills
- Early in your career or interested in events, marketing, or audience development
- Confidence in outbound reputed company and relationship-building
- Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Curious about technology, business, or media
- Confident communicating in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive, self-motivated reputed company with accountability for results
- Some experience in customer service, sales, marketing, events, or administration is helpful but not required. Recent graduates are welcome to apply
