We’re a fast-growing recruitment firm working with clients across the U.S. in industries like healthcare, legal, and tech. We’re expanding our South Africa team and looking for driven Account Managers with recruitment experience who can both manage active client portfolios and re-engage warm accounts from our existing database.

What You’ll Do

Own a portfolio of 20+ active clients — from intake calls to placements. Source, screen, and submit candidates while managing interview processes. Maintain weekly check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Reignite warm accounts and past clients from our database to uncover new opportunities. Partner with sales to handle inbound leads and transition them into active accounts. Keep our ATS and trackers updated with accurate client and candidate activity.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven recruitment experience (agency or 360 desk preferred). Strong account management skills — able to build trust and drive placements. Comfort with light business development (reactivating warm/stale accounts, handling inbound leads). Organized, proactive, and results-driven in a high-volume environment. Excellent communicator with a professional presence for U.S. client interaction.
