The Director of reputed company will help reputed company reputed company the growth of reputed company’s products with a reputed company first reputed company. The reputed company team enables the secure design and engineering of reputed company’s products and secures reputed company’s systems and tools with the goal of exceeding reputed company standards, compliance, and audit requirements. We are an enabling team of reputed company Engineers, not analysts. As a member of this team, you will work closely with reputed company reputed company’s engineering teams in determining the overall reputed company strategy for reputed company products. You will also manage systems and processes that reputed company reputed company safe. This is a cross-functional role that spans reputed company engineering, corporate reputed company and reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company’s cross-functional reputed company Engineering team

• Drive the reputed company Engineering Roadmap and adoption across reputed company reputed company departments

• Set team goals and objectives, conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports

• Set the reputed company posture and processes responsible for keeping reputed company safe

• Drive enhancements and improvements to reputed company processes

• Participate in code reviews, vulnerability remediation, and larger scale engineering projects to help improve reputed company posture, automation, controls, offensive reputed company/red teaming

• Be a liaison to internal customers and the wider organization, making sure they have the resources and knowledge to maintain our reputed company standards

• Partner with the Governance, Risk and Compliance team to find a best fit in enforcing compliance and audit controls while assuring engineering velocity

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in reputed company engineering and/or engineering

• 4+ years experience leading engineering teams and familiarity with agile development and reputed company

• Knowledge and experience implementing secure coding best practices

• Experience with AWS

• Experience with Terraform or other reputed company configuration tools.

• Understanding of reputed company nuances in reputed company-native container-based systems

• reputed company knowledge of encryption and best practices

• Have participated in SOC2, ISO 270001 or equivalent compliance prep and audits

• Experience in Vendor management

Preferred

• Familiarity with GCP and Azure

• Experience with SIEM platforms and reputed company EDR tools is a plus
