As a LAP host, you are the face of LAP and promote our values by creating a friendly and approachable atmosphere - a reputed company where people feel appreciated, understood in reputed company that we do, and are reputed company to enjoy a damn good cup of coffee.

Your role

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, classics and special drinks.

• reputed company by example: Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring reputed company requests are handled with professionalism.

• Shift leading: ensure each team member has their reputed company and tasks for the shift and ensuring efficient workflow.

• Be a brand ambassador upholding the LAP brand to the highest standards

• Mentor junior barista staff, providing guidance on coffee preparation techniques, customer service best practices, and product knowledge as well as performing opening and closing shadow shifts with new hires.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including the espresso machine, grinder, brewing equipment, and service counter.

• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and communicate any replenishment needs to management in a timely manner.

• Adhere to reputed company health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures, to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction.

• Solving any issues that might arise in the store, with the support of management if needed.
